Recently, we participated in a sustainable solutions competition hosted by CBRE, one of the largest commercial building management companies in the country. Our mission? To implement innovative, sustainable solutions across CBRE's extensive real estate portfolio.  

Teaming up with Symmons, we introduced the Symmons Evolution system—a game-changing, easily-installed building management solution. This system features sensors for flow, smart utilities, leak detection and temperature monitoring, providing real-time updates and a comprehensive overview of water usage and potential issues before they occur. 

The solution has been a resounding success, attracting interest from eight additional CBRE clients. As a result, Ferguson was honored with the 2024 Best Sustainability Innovation Solution Award by CBRE.
