2030 Environmental and Social Targets

Our 2030 Environmental and Social Targets are designed to align with business strategy and seek to drive operational efficiency and growth. They support our environmental product strategy and help our customers conserve water and energy, while reducing costs. Our social targets help address the skilled trades gap and encourage our associates to give back to the communities we serve.

Operational Emissions

Reduce our Scope 1 emissions by 15% per million USD of revenue by 2030 (against a 2024 baseline).

Our commitment to the environment includes reducing the environmental impact of our operations, sourcing renewable electricity at scale and collaborating to address opportunities in our value chain. We educate and empower our customers, helping them navigate rapidly changing regulations and demonstrating how they can make their projects more sustainable. At the same time, we’re committed to reducing our own environmental impact by measuring and managing our carbon emissions, improving the efficiency of our fleet and ensuring the energy-efficiency of our buildings and operations.

We’re also well positioned to contribute to a sustainable future for water and are helping to build water-resilient communities. This is a focus for both our business and our Ferguson Cares program. We have a unique opportunity to provide and protect water for present and future generations, delivering products and solutions that help solve critical water issues.

We also align enterprise-wide policies and procedures with our key compliance requirements and monitor their implementation.
